I am a certified Canadian gymnastics coach with over 20 years of experience in youth fitness and Aerobic Gymnastics education.
Before moving to Canada, I worked extensively in China as a coach, choreographer, competition trainer, and judge in Aerobic Gymnastics. China is one of the most advanced countries in this sport, and I had the privilege of contributing to and witnessing its professional development.
Now, I’m bringing these valuable experiences to Canada—designing programs that meet international standards while being fun, expressive, and rhythmically engaging for local children. I am also pursuing further training through the FIG coaching and judging programs to help build a formal coach development system for Aerobic Gymnastics in Canada.
