Immediate Fitness Fitness Training program is for children, teenagers, and adults, with small-group, term-based classes. It complements and extends school PE in Canada. Built from two dimensions: six core fitness indicators (strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, balance) and six fundamental movement skills (walking, running, jumping, throwing, rolling, climbing). Combines basic skill development with fun challenges to improve fitness, build a healthy physique, confidence, and lifelong exercise habits.
Each card includes: age range, highlights (CN + EN), sample photo/video, and link button.
Kids Fitness
Develop basic movement skills (walk, run, jump, throw, roll, climb) and physical qualities through rhythm awareness, basic actions, and fun games.
Teen Fitness
Specially designed for teenagers, covering gymnastics, athletics, strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIT), and traditional fun fitness modules. Diverse training enhances physical fitness, enjoyment of sports, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle.
Adult Fitness
Focus on improving physical qualities and functional training, combining strength, cardio, flexibility, and core stability. Following a progressive approach, moving from basic to integrated training, ensuring safe and effective improvement in fitness and daily performance, while developing a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
